Cornish Stafford’s Gin
Aval Dor Vodka & Stafford’s Gin are products made using finest Cornish King Edward potatoes. Due to popular demand, late last year we added a floral and elegant gin to our range.
Unlike most gins which use neutral grain spirit, we produce ours from scratch. We combine our potato base spirit with an array of botanicals (several of which we forage on the farm – rosemary, bay, lemon balm, elderflower) to produce a complex yet refreshing Cornish gin.
